About The Bead Shop

The Bead Shop in Melville has been around in one form or another for over 20 years.
We pride ourselves on our wide range of beads, findings, threading matrials and related accessories specifically catering to the beading markets needs. We offer our products in wholesale and retail quantities to try and accomodae all our customers needs. We import most of our stock direct from hand picked manufacturers of costume jewellery components to ensure that you get good quality products at competitive prices.

Our website is our mailorder shopfront. Most of what we stock is on the site but we accomodate phone and email queries too should you be looking for something you cannot find please note that we unfortunalely do not except any orders under R100 . We pride ourelves on our service and friendly helpful attitude towards our customers.

Due to our vast trading history in the industry we have access to suppliers of literally millions of products.
If you have a job that requires significant quantites of specific items we can have them manufactured and imported for you. Please feel free to contact us in this regard.

We have built a very successful srategic relationship with The Bead Book. They have become a serious force in the South African beading industry and we work closely with them.
